Role Description
- As an integrated interface in Vendor Run Governance within the TDI Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure organization in Germany, you will ensure a stable production environment and provide technical support for projects as part of a global operation team of currently 10 colleagues. In this role, you will assume responsibility for and technical management of a globally used mainframe infrastructure, with a focus on its applications.

Your key responsibilities
- You will serve as the technical interface to our internal DB application areas and provide information about platform changes within the framework of the IT Forum at Deutsche Bank.
- You will manage the mainframe software release management tool KVS/RMS in collaboration with the vendor Kyndryl.
- In your role as ITAO, you will act as the interface to the responsible mainframe service areas of our service provider, Kyndryl and Deutsche Bank internally.
- As part of SDLC governance, you will ensure that the operational readiness controls for the KVS/RMS software components are kept up to date.
- In this role, you will also be responsible for audit management for internal and external audit requirements (such as preparing information, reports, and responses to auditors' questions).
Your skills and experience
- Degree in Computer Science from a recognized university or college, or equivalent qualification?
- Several years of IT experience in large enterprise environments, particularly in controlled production environments, the mainframe platform based on z16/z17 server technology under z/OS 3.1 (and higher), and DB/DC systems (DB2, CICS, WebSphere MQ, IMS) and RACF, in the MITSA outsourced production environment.
- Extensive experience in a leadership position in a global environment.
- Very good understanding of ITIL/best practices in a service context within a real-time distributed environment.
- Experience in building relationships across different departments, companies, cultures, and time zones
- Ability to exert influence throughout the organization, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent German and English skills required.

Skills Required
- Experience in Midrange Service Delivery and Technical Operations Management
- At least 10 years in a lead role for large-scale environment
- In-depth knowledge of programme management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience with VRM processes and Contract processes an advantage
