The IT Learning & Enablement Specialist does the following:
Financial
- Aligns with GCash Fintech University the training needs across all Technology & Operations (T&O)
- Monitors and generates reports on T&O Learning
- Ensures all training requirements / specialized developmental courses are captured in the T&O Training Budget
Learning Management
- Consolidates training requirements across all T&O divisions to support Technical, Professional, and Leadership capabilities of the group
- Coordinates with T&O Leaders and SMEs in the identification of training priorities, learning roadmaps, and nomination of training participants
- Makes sure that all requirements (logistics, network, attendance, evaluation) of T&O-initiated courses (ex. AWS Cloud Enablement, Microsoft, Kong) are dealt with prior to the training
Competency Management
- Works with T&O Leaders and HR to rationalize and standardize roles
- Works with T&O Leaders and SMEs to determine Core, Supporting, and Developmental skills per role, and the target proficiency levels for each of the roles and skills
- Conducts competency assessment for T&O employees using the SFIA framework
- Analyzes competency assessment results, determines gaps, and works with T&O Leaders and SMEs to develop training curriculums to address the proficiency gaps
- Reports to T&O Leaders the competency heatmap
