As a member of our rapidly growing technology transformation team, you will be collaborating with clients by creating, developing, designing, and implementing ways that will change their digital landscape forever. Our technology transformation team helps clients define strategies, build brands, create experiences, and deliver platforms to achieve business objectives aligned with the clients’ business strategies.
The Microsoft Dynamics Lead is responsible for supporting and delivering implementations of Microsoft Dynamics suite of products (including F&O) and providing advisory around business process and accounting considerations. You will be working with CFGI consultants and clients utilizing your Microsoft Dynamics product knowledge, expertise, and talent to deliver small- and large-scale client technology implementations. This resource will advise, assess and support the client through all stages of the implementation cycle including: business requirements, business processes, configuration, client testing cycles, end user training, hypercare support and general advisory. The candidate must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to solve business problems leveraging their technology to more effectively run their business. It is essential that the candidate can work with aggressive timelines and handle a portfolio of clients. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations and configuration is a required element of this position to be successful.
· Participate in defining needs for new and existing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
· Identify existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements.
· Provide advisory on accounting considerations around business process and system requirements.
· Envision and develop representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients.
· Identify gaps between requirements and standard system functionality and propose solutions to meet those gaps (i.e., customizations or process changes).
· Manage and perform systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams, as directed.
· Provide on-going support during project implementations and post-go-to-live support.
· Guide and perform data conversions using best in class methodologies
· Facilitate and lead testing preparation and execution.
· Facilitate and lead trainings on the product
· Ability to work with and/or lead a team of consultants towards the shared goals of the project.
· Work with leadership and other team members to develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
· Recognized Microsoft Dynamics certified professional.
· Demonstrated success managing client-facing technology implementations.
· Ability to simplify and communicate technology concepts to non-technical business users. Serve as a SME in Microsoft Dynamics to promote the product within the firm.
· Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional organization, project and time management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels within the team and leadership
· Must be a reliable and dependable team player who can effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm.
· Prior consulting experience within a Professional Services setting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project. Smartsheet required.
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
· Microsoft Dynamics product expertise is required, including experience with configuration and integration. Microsoft Dynamics F&O product expertise preferred.
· Five plus years of experience in a business analyst or process automation position.
· Five plus years implementing Financials software, ideally with a software or consulting/partner firm.
· Background in advisory, operational accounting, and/or financial consulting preferred.
