Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Consultant with at least two years of prior industry (technology, telco) or strategy consulting experience to join us in either our Montreal or Toronto office in our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) client team. You will join a growing and dynamic client team focused on improving strategies, operations, and overall performance within the TMT sectors.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- PhD/MA/MS in relevant field, quantitative and analytically oriented fields such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or Economics are preferred but not required
- 1-2 years relevant professional experience
- Understanding of various industry business models and key dynamics
- Understanding of Consulting or Service environment
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and techniques
- Ability to think independently and take initiative in the face of ambiguity
- Fluency in French considered an asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes data and facts using logical reasoning to present results to Project Manager, project team, and clients
- Comprehends content (i.e. written communications, market data) to summarize in a succinct and logical manner
- Prepares presentations, effectively framing results and analysis
- Develops realistic work plans with clearly defined results
- Develops in-depth knowledge of business environment, while embracing ambiguous and dynamic situations
- Conducts interviews with clients
- Prepares and participates in workshops

- Contributes to business development, training, and recruiting
