We are looking for a Tech Lead (4-8 years exp) to join our programming team! Someone who wants to do more than just code; we want a dreamer, a creator, a mentor, someone who likes to discuss ideas and enjoys working with others to design and create great features and products. Someone who understands that “what you build” is just as important as “how you build it”. Someone who would love the chance to get involved in all aspects of product development, discussing product design, architecture as well as testing and coding, whilst working on market-leading solutions in the programmatic video advertising space. You must be happy talking with non-technical people, discussing ideas, doing pair programming and be keen to develop your skills in all areas of product development.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate emerging technologies that may contribute to our analytical platform
- Identify and exploit new patterns in data using various techniques
- Responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI to improve performance
- and efficiency, including but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and natural
- language processing.
- Build predictive models, develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information
- from large datasets quantify model performance
- Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and seamlessly integrated with our existing tech stack.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed AI services through A/B
- testing and performance analysis.
- Stay abreast of AI/ML advancements and propose innovative solutions to enhance our
- offerings.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in NLP/AI/ML
- Strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions.
- Strong coding ability in programming languages such as Python, Java or C, etc.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, or Keras) - Adept at using big data processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data storage systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Worked with ML data mining toolkits like NLP, Semantic Web, R, Core NLP, NLTK etc. Information retrieval libraries like Lucene, SOLR fast paced, test driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment.
- Experience with managing and contributing to projects on GitHub is required.
- Proven track record of successful projects and/or hackathon victories is preferred.
