Technology Lead – GenAI

Job Title: Technology Lead – AI/ML & GenAI
Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Lahore / Karachi / Islamabad (Travel to Dubai may be required; candidate must be flexible with travel)

NorthBay Solutions is seeking a Technology Lead with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), a solid foundation in AI/ML, and a strong background in enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with experience deploying solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Flexibility to travel to onsite client engagements in Dubai is a must.

• Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions integrating AI/ML with traditional systems

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 8–12 engineers (AI/ML, full-stack, DevOps) in an Agile environment

• Drive strategic technical decisions across infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and AI components

• Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (LLAMA, Mistral, GPT), including fine-tuning and deployment

• Expertise in Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and Agentic RAG implementations

• Proficiency with vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern GenAI toolchains

• Skilled in advanced prompt engineering and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) methodologies

• Successfully implemented 3+ GenAI applications in production

• Strong practical experience building AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

• Capable of managing full ML lifecycle: development, deployment, and monitoring

• Experience integrating AI/ML models with enterprise architecture

• Full-stack development using the MERN stack or equivalent

• Deployment experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments

• Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and scalable deployments

• Database knowledge: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB)

• Strong API development skills: REST, GraphQL, and microservices architecture

• Hands-on DevOps experience: Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure automation

• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with strong ML service exposure

• AWS technologies: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway (or equivalents on other clouds)

• Hybrid architecture planning and implementation combining cloud, on-prem, and AI/ML systems

• Delivered 7+ complex enterprise solutions involving AI/ML components

• Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional technical teams

• (Preferred) Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP (e.g., Solutions Architect, ML Specialty)

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs

• Agile/Scrum leadership experience with a track record of performance improvements

A GenAI expert with leadership experience, backed by strong AI/ML development and robust enterprise deployment capabilities. Must be comfortable working in hybrid environments and willing to travel to Dubai when needed.
