Technology Internship – Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, your job is to understand business needs, then convert them into: User stories, Acceptance criteria, Process maps / workflows, and Functional specifications.

What You’ll Work On:

• You work closely with: Product owners, Business stakeholders, and Developers.

• You're the person who takes: Business goals → and expresses them in technical requirements developers can implement.

• This includes documenting: Data needs, System interactions, API touchpoints, and UI/UX expectations.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking college students majoring in IT Engineering or related fields such as: Informatics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology

Internship Compensation:
This internship opportunity, based in Costa Rica, is a paid position. Selected interns will receive a competitive stipend as part of their participation in the program. Compensation is designed to support interns throughout the duration of their engagement and reflects our commitment to fostering equitable access to early career experiences.

Internship Overview:

• Start Date: Monday April 6, 2026 / End Date: Friday August 7, 2026
  Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) / Work Model: Costa Rica (remote-based)

• Expected Graduation Date: In the year 2026

• English Level: C1 or higher (Requires strong verbal communication)
