Summary:
The M&A Integration Engineer will assist in the diligence and integration process for OneDigital’s acquisitions. The M&A Integration Engineer will assist the team with newly acquired companies throughout the integration process. The M&A Integration Engineer will ensure the smooth transition for new employees to OneDigital’s environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Travel to offices for system conversions of acquired offices to OneDigital systems
- Work with team members from departments across OneDigital to ensure a smooth transition to OneDigital systems
- Supporting the helpdesk with escalated issues to resolution
- Identify risks during the diligence and integration process and elevate them to the team for appropriate action
- Assist with integration and data migration projects
- Assist with documentation of infrastructure and other systems in new offices and convey that information to the rest of OneDigital’s IT department so they can better support new locations
- Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for team members
- Handle the performance feedback and annual review processes for direct reports
- Provide meaningful mentoring and advisement to more junior members
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of email systems - transmission, client, and security protocols
- Knowledge of file storage systems both premise and cloud – Windows Server, SharePoint, Box, Dropbox, and so on
- Knowledge of IPv4 networks, VLANs, TCP/IP, supporting protocols, and WAN connectivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft products – Windows Desktop and Server, Office, Active Directory, as well as 365 and Azure cloud: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, AAD.
- Experience with PowerShell
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels
Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of IT experience in infrastructure and desktop engineering and support
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
