Responsabilidades:
- Brindar soporte administrativo al departamento de tecnología e información.
- Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos, registros y reportes relacionados con sistemas y tecnología.
- Asistir en el seguimiento y documentación de incidencias, requerimientos y proyectos tecnológicos.
- Colaborar en la generación, análisis y distribución de reportes e indicadores operativos.
- Asegurar la correcta organización y resguardo de documentación, accesos y archivos del departamento.
- Trabajar en conjunto con distintos departamentos para relevar necesidades de información y soporte.
- Realizar otras tareas o proyectos que le sean asignados dentro del área de it & data.
Requisitos:
- Estudios terciarios o universitarios en sistemas, tecnología de la información, análisis de datos, ingeniería o carreras afines.
- Experiencia previa en posiciones administrativas, de soporte tecnológico o análisis de datos (no excluyente).
- Manejo avanzado de microsoft excel y conocimientos de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos.
- Dominio del idioma inglés (excluyente).
- Conocimientos de microsoft office 365 y sistemas de gestión.
- Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, organización y trabajo en equipo.
- Vocación de servicio y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
El/la candidato/a deberá contar con la documentación necesaria para trabajar en el país.

Skills Required
- Tertiary or university studies in systems, information technology, data analysis, engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in administrative, technology support, or data analysis positions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and management systems
- Analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork
- Service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Documentation necessary to work in the country
