For our Warsaw office, we are looking for a Technical Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Participate on international implementation projects.
Take a part in installation, integrations, and upgrades of WK solutions for our customers.
Provide consultancy regarding WK solutions.
Maintain and develop of bank specific interfaces together with customers.
Troubleshoot customer environmental issues related to network, security, performance, database or other issues.
Configure environments for internal testing purposes.
Provide technical analysis and requirements’ definition for technical components related to specific customers.
Write and maintain documentation to describe technical components, test scenarios, administration guidelines, etc.
Become familiar with existing WK products and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science or related field.
Experience in software integration or system administration, projects experience will be an asset.
Candidate needs to be open for communication with customers, fluent in Polish and English, written and oral.

Essential skills:
Windows Administration:
- Perform basic administrative tasks on Windows servers and workstations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
Windows Scripting:
- Develop and maintain scripts using Command Line, PowerShell, and Windows Script Host (WSH) with JavaScript to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Linux Administration:
- Conduct basic administrative tasks on Linux servers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system updates.
Linux Shell Scripting:
- Write and maintain Bash scripts to automate system tasks and streamline processes.
Networking:
- Understand and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking issues.
- Configure and manage network devices and services.
HTTP REST API:
- Utilize tools like curl and Postman to interact with and test RESTful APIs.
OCI Containers:
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Podman, Kubernetes (k8s), and OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Docker Compose and Helm Chart is highly desirable.
JEE Application Servers:
- Deploy and configure application in e.g.: Wildfly, JBoss EAP, WebSphere Application Sever, Weblogic
RDBMS Management:
- Administer Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- Implement concepts of partitioning, memory management, and storage optimization.
SQL Proficiency:
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently.
Private Key and Certificates Management:
- Handle the creation, management, and deployment of private keys and digital certificates.
- Ensure secure communication and data integrity through proper certificate management.
Desirable skills:
Knowledge of JBoss EAP, WebSphere Application Sever, Weblogic
Java programming skills, knowledge of VBA, Python.
Experience in PL/SQL or T-SQL:
Experience with cloud platforms and services.
