Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company invites passionate, tech-savvy leaders to join our team as a Consultant, Information Technology. This vital role entails managing our state-of-the-art IT resources to fulfill our company's operational goals effectively and efficiently. Ideal candidates will exhibit expertise in analysis, design, and implementation across our robust IT platforms, ensuring excellence in functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Translate complex business requirements and technical specifications into seamlessly working IT solutions.
- Develop robust automation and self-service capabilities, including championing DevOps practices to elevate efficiency and speed.
- Establish and implement best practices and methodologies to automate processes, challenge the status quo, and streamline operations.
- Adhere to professional software engineering practices using Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Deployment, and Source Code Management.
- Craft and support the existing automations, scripts for provisioning, and managing cloud resources to optimize operations and costs.
- Partner with other development teams to integrate solutions and address software defects, performance issues, and roll out new product versions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Coca-Cola development and security standards and contribute to the refinement of processes and documentation.
- Collaborate routinely with stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships and clear communication.
- Lead and participate in project efforts, tracking and reporting on deliverables and responsibilities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven experience in software application development.
- 2+ years’ experience in technology, cloud computing, or a relevant related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of working under pressure to meet deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ownership of responsibilities with a strong outcome-focused attitude.
- Broad IT industry knowledge, especially in software development and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks, CSS, Python, Azure, AWS, and programming paradigms.
- Agile Scrum / DevOps methodology experience.
- Understanding of security concepts in web application and service development.
- Knowledge in Cloud computing platforms & infrastructure as code toolset (Puppet, Terraform, etc.)
- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery processes and Source Code Management tools.
- Experience with containers, microservices, and scripting (Powershell, Bash).

Pay Range:
$97,800 - $116,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
