We currently have a vacancy for a Technology Expert to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in The Hague, the Netherlands. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your Tasks
- Contribute to user engagement and training before the wider Go Live;
- Provide User support for an initial period after go live until the internal team develops fully the skills to take over;
- Adopt business needs and ICT processes to the Planisware platform;
- Tailor out of the box platform workflows or/and develop additional workflows to support business processes;
- Provide insight on use of additional modules of the Planisware suite (already included in the licenses purchase) in next phases of the product deployment;
- Support with the testing of the application robustness;
- Provide expert technical advice and assistance for optimising the configuration of the new Planisware based PPM platform for ICT, including;
- Hiding or deactivating modules and functions not used;
- Tailoring of variables and fields to match the client’s ICT landscape;
- Application of best practices from the use of the specific suite in other enterprise environments and others as required;
- Identification and high-level description of functional and non-functional requirements, technical requirements.
Requirements
- University Degree and at least 9 years of IT professional experience;
- More than 9 years of experience as a subject matter expert in configuring deploying and supporting the Planisware PPM solution;
- At least 3 years of experience in data visualisation;
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst analysing business processes and tailoring the Planisware suite to match these needs;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an international organisation, or at least in a heavy regulated environment;
- Good knowledge of Project and portfolio management frameworks;
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially customer empathy, listening and writing;
- Excellent command of the English language.
