The Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Disaster Recovery Planning Consultant (Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant), as part of the Wealth & Investment Management Technology. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

This role will cover jobs that identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Covers jobs focused on developing data and/or system requirements and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Banking Line of Business Experience is a plus
  • Certification in Business Continuity Planning or related field (e.g., CBCP, MBCI)
  • Experience with business continuity software and tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in crisis communication and emergency management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and provide innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Position offers a hybrid work schedule

NC- Charlotte Pay Range: $80,400 – 143,000 Annually

NJ- Iselin Pay Range: $87,700 – 155,900 Annually
