Skills Required
- 10+ years of technology strategic leadership experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- 10+ years of management or leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, cloud networking, or software engineering
- 4+ years of proven success delivering large-scale infrastructure automation, autonomous operations, or platform engineering transformations
- Experience building an internal developer platform, network automation platform, or infrastructure control plane at enterprise scale
- Experience designing and scaling enterprise automation platforms across multiple engineering organizations
- Experience integrating observability, orchestration, workflow execution, APIs, and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Experience leading automation platforms supporting thousands of devices, services, or cloud resources
- Experience at a hyperscale cloud provider, large financial institution, telecommunications provider, SaaS company, or comparable technology organization
- Experience establishing source-of-truth strategies, intent-based automation models, or autonomous operations frameworks
- Experience applying AI and modern software engineering practices to infrastructure operations and reliability engineering
- Experience transforming traditional operations organizations into software-driven engineering models
