Job DescriptionTechnology Development Manager Site Operations represents the department and serves as the
liaison between Systems Development, Process Improvement, and business end-users from all
functional areas.
- Determines operational objectives within the department. Reviews, analyses, and proposes modifications to business systems to support departmental business needs
- Communicates departmental business technology priorities to Systems Development and Process Improvement
- Manages internal department business technology projects
- Writes and maintains user documentation, provides training to end-users
- Provides support and communicates potential business impact to end-users from all functional areas, acting as an escalation point and subject matter expert for departmental business technology systems
- Participates in department initiatives related to new and existing business applications
- College or University Degree, ideally in ideally in the life science or health care field
- Biomedical and Health Informatics is a plus
- At least 3-year experience in clinical research
- At least 2-year experience in Clinical or Site Operations
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Understanding of technology and IT systems
