We are looking for a Technology Consultant to join our team and support the design of enterprise technology solutions for large organizations. The role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and business communication, combining requirement analysis, solution design support, and the preparation of high-quality technical proposals.
Working closely with Sales, the Technology Consultant plays a key supporting role in the presales function — helping shape solution approaches, contributing to client-facing documentation and presentations, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who understands how enterprise systems work and integrate, and who is equally comfortable at a whiteboard and in front of a client.
ResponsibilitiesPresales & Solution Support
• Analyze client requirements, RFPs, and RFIs to help shape technically sound and commercially relevant solution approaches.
• Support Solution Architects in the end-to-end development of enterprise IT proposals, from initial scoping to final documentation.
• Prepare and own the technical sections of proposals, including solution descriptions, integration overviews, and system architecture narratives.
• Contribute to effort estimations and resource planning inputs as part of the proposal process.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reusable proposal assets, solution templates, and reference material libraries.
• Support opportunity qualification by researching technology options, mapping client requirements to available solutions, and flagging technical risks.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Support client-facing presentations, workshops, and solution discussions, helping to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials, demo scripts, and workshop facilitation guides.
• Engage with client technical counterparts during requirements gathering and solution validation activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, architecture, delivery) to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and organizational capabilities.
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology consulting, system integration, business analysis, or enterprise IT projects.
• Experience participating in enterprise implementations or IT integration projects, in a consulting, pre-sales, or technical delivery capacity.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
• Ability to understand, describe, system architectures and enterprise integrations across application, data, and other layers.
• Practical exposure to areas such as: APIs and integration patterns, enterprise applications, databases and data flows, middleware or integration platforms, and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, specifications, or proposal materials for enterprise IT projects.
• Comfort with diagramming and documentation tools.
Communication & Consulting Skills
• Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to problem analysis and solution description.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear written and verbal communication tailored to different audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; working proficiency in Greek.
