Your Impact;

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions,
• Lead and contribute to the design and validation of solution architectures across cloud, on-prem, or hybrid environments,
• Align technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring clear articulation of technical benefits and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders,
• Assist in defining target architectures for digital solutions for banking and financial applications including core banking modernization, payments, channels, and integration platforms,
• Prepare high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other pre-sales documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements and clear value articulation,
• Create and deliver engaging, business-focused presentations and technical walkthroughs tailored to diverse audiences including executives, business users, and IT teams,
• Provide strategic input during discovery and proposal phases and support delivery teams through solution transition and implementation,
• Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to inform solutioning and advisory,
• Work with cross-functional global teams on high-impact projects, career progression within a growing consulting environment,

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,
• 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role,
• In depth knowledge of Java Spring Boot,
• Ability to read, analyze, and understand application source code, particularly in C# or Java, to assess technical feasibility, dependencies, and integration points,
• Proven experience working on complex RFPs and crafting compelling solution narratives and presentations,
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud-native, microservices, and integration patterns,
• Assist in defining target architectures for digital solutions for banking and financial applications including core banking modernization, payments, channels, and integration platforms,
• Support delivery teams during solution implementation to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with the proposed design,
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills  able to convey complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders,
• Experience working across industries such as banking, fintech, telecom, or public sector is a plus.
