Job Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365, and CRM software, including implementation, installation, and upgrades.

• Deliver remote and on-site support, manage client installations, service packs, and monthly maintenance schedules.

• Offer end-user training, documentation, and after-hours support when required.

• Administer and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure, including MS SQL Server and SharePoint Services.

• Execute data backup and restoration procedures, manage special projects, and provide in-house computer support.

• Maintain documentation and deliver outstanding customer service while staying proactive with new technologies.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP / Dynamics 365 / CRM or equivalent work experience

• Experience with SQL database systems and software implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Finance, or equivalent work experience

• Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCP, MCSA, MCDBA) completed or in progress

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• This is a 100% in-office position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint Services and SSRS report writing

• Business and accounting background

• Network administration experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

• Final graduation date between June 2024 and June 2025 strongly preferred

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $62,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
