In this role, you will:
- Participate in researching, evaluating and investigating low complexity transactions and data to meet business requirements
- Review basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems related to low-risk tasks and deliverables
- Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgement within defined parameters in the development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systems
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders within technology business systems operations
- Interact with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the database
- 6+ months of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- Overall, 3 years of experience in the Banking industry
- 2+ years of in-depth knowledge of:
- Payment Operations
- ACH
- Instant Payments
- Wire Transfers
- Intermediate knowledge of:
- Test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to take high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in developing and cultivating professional relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payments applications
- Execute functional, SIT, UAT, and NRT testing cycles with high accuracy
- Perform defect tracking, triage, and resolution coordination using standard tools
- Produce test summary reports, status updates, and traceability matrices
- Participate actively in BRD and FSD reviews
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives
- Support requirement validation and gap analysis across payment systems
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies:
- Backlog grooming sessions
- Sprint planning
- Daily SCRUM calls
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Conduct meetings and reviews with:
- Operations
- Business
- Risk/Compliance
- Technology teams
- Partner with Line of Business and Operations stakeholders for smooth implementation and testing

Skills Required
- 6+ months of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military experience, education)
- Experience in Business Systems Data (Europe, Middle East & Africa candidates) or equivalent
- Knowledge of Payment Operations, including ACH, Instant Payments, and Wire Transfers
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and expected results
- Experience with defect tracking, triage, and resolution coordination using standard tools
- Ability to produce test summary reports, status updates, and traceability matrices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
