ATC is seeking to fill two Technology Business Partner positions, with opportunities available across multiple locations, including Pewaukee and Cottage Grove.
Essential Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic technology advisor.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business needs, define requirements, and translate objectives into technology solutions.
- Lead portfolio planning and prioritization efforts to ensure technology investments align with enterprise goals.
- Develop business cases and communicate value, risks, costs, and benefits to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support organizational change and technology adoption efforts that maximize business value.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.

The targeted base pay for this position is $137,900 to $160,900 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
