The Asso. Dir, Commercial data & Adv Analytics, Region NA would be responsible for Data & Analytics Products/Commercial Insights & Enablement in the region. Role would be responsible for driving Innovation and AI Strategy efforts, leading the development and execution of data and analytics product roadmaps, spearheading the delivery of actionable commercial insights and enablement solutions while collaborating with Global Technology teams.Job Description
Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support sales team effectiveness through territory planning, sales performance tracking, development and delivery of customer engagement
Support Field Force Effectiveness and Operations analytical functions, including salesforce sizing, alignment, targeting, customer mapping, territory metrics, customer analytics, and incentive compensation
Support business in analytics around CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) using data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). along with digital marketing platforms and tools.

Partner with region and countries to execute the Business & Technology Strategy to achieve Sandoz goals.
Exhibit strong technical acumen in AI technologies and their application to business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Demonstrate strategic vision and the ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
Guide the development of robust solution architectures, ensuring scalability and integration with existing systems
Facilitate a collaborative team environment, encouraging diverse perspectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Manage project timelines and priorities effectively, balancing the need for rapid prototyping with risk mitigation strategies
Establish and implement new AI/ML enabled, innovative methodologies and best practices for data evaluation to identify underdiagnosed and untreated patient populations and ensure consistency in approach to analysis to support business objectives.

Key Capabilities Required:
Build and nurture trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding across teams
Communicate effectively, conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders
Support Regional lead in representing regional and country interests in Global Technology portfolio management and budget allocation
Work as a team member and collaborator with both global Program Leads and region/countries to make sure Global Technology roadmap is well delivered
Support market in monitoring usage and adoption of global Adv. Analytics platforms and applications
Support operating model of Sandoz Technology and translate operating model into working relationship with both region and countries
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience (Required):
8-10 years of experience in tech development in the healthcare industry, including fullstack development experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of domain expertise is highly desired
Extensive experience building relationships with stakeholders to translate AI and technology innovations into business value
Highly proficient in building analytics, automation and AI product prototypes.
Good experience with Aws, data bricks and Analytics technologies(Power BI / Qlik / Tableau).
Demonstrated ability to oversee the entire Analytics product development process, with experience creating solution roadmaps
Strong data analytics, AI, and machine learning background
High display of Sandoz Values & Behaviors
Preferred Requirements:
Strong commercial data analytics background
Strong understanding of US commercial business.
