Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative architectural solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while mentoring junior team members in the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience with integration patterns and data migration strategies. - Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
