What's in it for you?
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents related to network outages, security breaches, M365 issues, and cloud infrastructure problems. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions.
- Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Lead the design, planning, and execution of enterprise-level IT projects, including network upgrades, cloud migrations (Azure/GCP), security tool deployments, and system integrations.
- Security & Compliance Management: Develop and enforce robust security measures and policies. Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Monitor security alerts and lead incident response efforts.
- Cloud Platform Administration: Manage and optimize services within Microsoft 365 and public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS). Implement governance, monitor performance, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Device & Access Management: Administer identity and access management (IAM) systems and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Manage corporate device fleets using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms like Jamf, ensuring security patching and configuration compliance for macOS and other endpoints.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Utilize scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools to streamline routine tasks, manage infrastructure as code, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Mentorship & Documentation: Provide guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and network diagrams.
- Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with external vendors and third-party support teams to resolve specialized hardware or software issues.
