Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, ensuring that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and provide a solid foundation for future growth and innovation. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement these architectures is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong expertise in system performance tuning and capacity planning within SAP environments.
- In-depth understanding of platform scalability and high availability solutions.
- Experience in managing complex system landscapes and ensuring seamless integration across components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues impacting system stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
