Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering seamless integration and robust system functionality throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and future-proof solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding best practices in technology architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology platforms.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to drive consensus and ensure successful project delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
