- Draft, review, and negotiate third-party vendor agreements, including outsourcing, cloud/SaaS, end-user license, market data, software development, professional service, service level, data processing, and non-disclosure agreements
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks associated with contracting with third-party vendors, including responding to stakeholder questions regarding contract terms and related policies and procedures
- Coordinate as necessary with subject matter experts for advice and support related to intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and other matters that intersect with third-party vendor contract matters
- Support third party risk management and procurement teams as a legal subject matter expert
- Contribute to maintenance of templates and know-how relating to sourcing and technology matters
- Keep up to date on legal and regulatory developments regarding technology-related matters, including third party risk management, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and data privacy/security
