Expectations/Responsibilities:
Works on multiple major projects of the highest complexity requiring forefront-of-the-field, innovative solutions.
Long range planning on multiple major projects.
Responsible for manpower estimates.
Technical Depth & Breadth
Consistently demonstrates extremely high levels of technical knowledge, ingenuity and creativity.
Develops and applies advanced technologies, engineering principles, theories and concepts.
Broad knowledge about the design and operation of systems outside of specialty.
Widely recognized as a technical expert within the professional community.
Accomplishments contribute to state-of-the-art field in the of expertise both within and outside the group.
Exhibit strong communication skills when consulting with senior management, C-Suite client personnel, and government regulators.

Education:
We are seeking college students pursuing academic degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable major

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
