Description
The Technology Analyst supports software development, system administration, requirements analysis, and operational support activities for RPITMS. This role contributes to the development and sustainment of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint-based solutions while assisting with testing, documentation, and deployment efforts.
The Technology Analyst serves as a key contributor to Agile development teams and supports continuous system improvement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystems Analysis- Analyze user requirements and business processes.
- Document functional and technical requirements.
- Assist in evaluating proposed system enhancements.
- Support development of applications using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- SharePoint Online
- Assist with workflow configuration and business process automation.
- Support report and dashboard development activities.
- Execute test plans and validate system functionality.
- Document defects and support resolution efforts.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Support configuration management processes.
- Maintain system artifacts and release documentation.
- Assist users with system-related questions and issues.
- Support training sessions and creation of user guides.
- Help maintain knowledge base content and support materials.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience developing and supporting management information systems.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes.
- Experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification.
- Experience supporting Navy or DoD systems.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Skills Required
