We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Gurugram, India based Co-Managed IT Support team. The role will manage and guide a global support operation, aligning processes with business needs, and ensuring outstanding customer service for our clients. The ideal candidate will have prior helpdesk experience, strong technical skills, and proven leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the SC&H’s Co-Managed IT Support team in Gurugram, India
  • Track and assign tasks and schedules to ensure timely ticket resolution
  • Monitor performance and define clear KPIs and measurements
  • Evaluate and recruit IT support talent to scale the team
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance when needed to assist and provide mentorship to the team
  • Collaborate with global IT team to ensure 24/7 operational coverage and seamless handoffs
  • Create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and high client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 6 - 10 years of IT support/helpdesk experience, with at least 2–3 years in a management role
  • Strong background in helpdesk operations and IT service management
  • Prior exposure to global team management or working in a 24/7 model
  • Strong technical foundation and background
  • Ability to evaluate and hire talent, and mentor team members
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
