Job Description:

As Hyundai of Orange Park Technologist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every new and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Hyundai vehicle leaves our dealership with precision and care. You'll serve as the resident expert on Hyundai technology, guiding customers through the impressive features and functionalities of their new rides.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of the technology integrated into all Hyundai models, empowering customers with comprehensive knowledge.
  • Delivery Excellence: Execute meticulous and professional deliveries of new and CPO on Hyundai vehicles, ensuring customers are thoroughly acquainted with their car's capabilities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Provide unparalleled customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with patience and expertise, enhancing their ownership experience.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Share your genuine passion for cars and the Hyundai brand, enriching customer interactions and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless journey for customers from purchase to delivery.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Stellar Customer Service Skills: Engage effectively with customers through excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
  • Prolonged periods of walking on a level surface throughout the dealership.
