Focus on various aspects such as wall assemblies, partitions, doors, screens, casework, and other building components.
- BIM Modeling: Utilize BIM software to create accurate and coordinated 3D models of healthcare buildings, ensuring that all elements are well-documented and integrated within the digital environment. This includes providing detailed information about materials, dimensions, and other necessary attributes.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction documents and detailed drawings, using BIM software, that reflect the design and comply with relevant building codes, healthcare regulations, and industry standards. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and integrate detailing information seamlessly into the BIM model. Resolve any conflicts or clashes that may arise during the design development process.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience and expertise in healthcare architecture detailing, preferably within a healthcare architecture firm.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create precise technical documentation.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
