- Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiences.
- Experience developing Integrations Life-Cycle Deployment technical specifications, process flows, test cases/test file delivery, and deployment and documentation
- Share your Workday Integrations expertise with our customers and speak to Workday Studio, Workday APIs, Workday Connectors, and future Integration specific functionality.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday Integration design and development.
- Demonstrate design options in Workday by creating quick prototypes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to trouble-shoot, update and test existing integrations of Workday Studio, XSLT, and Workday advanced report writing/calculated fields Work on issue resolution, make recommendations for workarounds and proactively identify business process improvement opportunities
- Create technical specification documents for new Integrations and Reports and document solutions for future reference.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer to 1st Level Support/local Service Desk by working with AMS Operations Analysts to prepare relevant knowledge base articles and the plan to execute. Supports the understanding of more complex module specific functionality
- Actively engage in problem management, identifying recurring patterns in incidents, raising problem records, documenting known errors, investigating root causes and resolution paths
- Provide solid knowledge of Workday’s object-oriented data model and approaches to integrations (Connector, EIB and Studio)
- Extensive experience (5-8 years) in implementation and operations of Workday, requirements gathering, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
- Must have active Workday Certification
- Hands-on experience on Workday implementation or support
- Detailed understanding of Workday processes
- Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
- Experience on gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, and implementing requirements under multiple deadlines.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
- Ability to manage change, good time management and an ability to work under stress.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Must be currently Workday certified, prior Workday Partner certified or Workday Pro certified
- Workday certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA
