Für unsere Batterieproduktion in Hannover suchen wir Sie ab sofort als

Technischen Schichtleiter (m/w/d) Produktion

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

• 🧑‍🔧 Personalführung: Verantwortung für Ihr Schichtteam innerhalb einer Produktionsschicht unter Einhaltung aller Vorgaben, vor allem im Arbeits-, Brand- und Umweltschutz.

• 🔄 Koordination und Kommunikation: Enger Kontakt zu vor- und nachgelagerten Produktionsbereichen sowie zu Schnittstellen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.

• 📋 Organisation und Überwachung: Schichtplanung, Produktionsprozesse, Ordnung sowie Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung.

• 🎓 Mitarbeiterschulung: Regelmäßige Durchführung von Erst- und Folgeeinweisungen des Fertigungspersonal.

• 🎯 Verantwortung für Schichtziele: Erreichung der Schichtziele in Bezug auf Qualität und Quantität.

Ihr Profil: 

• 🎓 Abgeschlossene Berufserfahrung im gewerblich-technischen Bereich

• 🔋 Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Batterieproduktion erwünscht

• 🤝 Teamgeist, Motivation, Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsbewusstsein

• ⏰ Einsatzbereitschaft für Mitarbeit im Schichtbetrieb (Früh-, Spät-, Nachtschicht)

• ✍️ Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
