Lead a field service team for elevator maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, equipment safety, contract compliance, cost control, scheduling, service-sales generation, technician performance and development, site audits, accident investigations, and operational oversight of tools, vehicles and third-party inspections.

Skills Required

  • Qualified technician (Techniker) or master craftsman (Meister)
  • Proven experience leading and managing maintenance technicians and teams
  • Expertise in elevator maintenance, safety regulations, and equipment performance
