En tant que technicienne ou technicien support administratif en SST, vous agirez à titre de collaborateur avec le conseiller dans la gestion des réclamations de lésions professionnelles et vous jouerez également un rôle axé sur le soutien administratif et le contrôle des réclamations.

Plus précisément, vos principales responsabilités consisteront à :

  • Saisir les informations et les documents dans notre logiciel interne;  
  • Assurer les communications et les suivis avec les intervenants de la CNESST; 
  • Faire les demandes de suspension des indemnités de remplacement du revenu et les acheminer à la CNESST;
  • Compléter les formulaires d'assignation temporaire et faire le suivi avec les cliniques;
  • Assister le conseiller dans l’envoi et le suivi des correspondances nécessaires à la bonne gestion des réclamations;
  • Rédiger les demandes de désimputation et de partage de coûts et en faire l’entrée des données;
  • Établir en mode collaboratif avec le conseiller, les stratégies relatives à la gestion optimale des réclamations;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. 

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les qualifications et compétences suivantes sont requises:

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en technique juridique ou une tout autre formation jugée pertinente;
  • Démontrer de l’autonomie, de l’initiative et un grand sens de l’organisation dans son travail;
  • Être en mesure de bien gérer ses priorités et de respecter les échéances malgré un important volume de travail et être capable de faire face quotidiennement aux imprévus provenant des demandes ponctuelles des clients ou des conseillers de l’équipe;
  • Avoir un bon sens de l’analyse et une bonne habileté en résolution de problèmes;
  • Avoir solides habiletés en communication et être en mesure d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle;
  • Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en informatique, dont avec la plateforme Microsoft Teams et la Suite Office 365;
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension en matière de gestion des lésions professionnelles (LATMP et jurisprudentielle) est considéré comme un atout.
