Uses experience to execute more complex experiments, investigations and work tasks, anticipating issues; in addition, audits other colleagues' work to ensure completion of routine tasks to accomplish project/program objectives; makes judgement on validity of data. Intellectual Property and Documentation: •Uses IFF's IP processes for creating and protecting value from proprietary knowledge. •Thoroughly documents unexpected results according to guidelines. •Contributes on Research Reports, Invention Disclosures and/or Patent applications. Communication: •Maintains clear communication within project teams and other work groups. Collaborative Leadership: •Interacts with peers and support personnel to achieve objectives outside own expertise. •Starts to being part of a network with technical experts at the same level.
