Le parc éolien Pohénégamook – Picard – Saint-Antonin – Wolastokuk (PPAW) de 347 mégawatts provenant de 56 turbines éoliennes EnVentus V162-6,2 mégawatts du manufacturier Vestas est situé dans la région du Bas‑Saint‑Laurent, plus précisément sur le territoire ancestral du Wolastokuk et dans les MRC de Rivière‑du‑Loup, Témiscouata et Kamouraska.

À titre de technicien ou technicienne en éolien, vous serez responsable de l’exploitation et de la maintenance du parc éolien PPAW.
Responsabilités
- Effectuer l’entretien mécanique et électrique de routine des éoliennes et de l’équipement connexe.
- Monter quotidiennement dans les tours d’éoliennes, en portant tout l’équipement de sécurité requis, afin d’inspecter, d’entretenir et/ou de réparer l’équipement.
- Comprendre les fonctions électriques et mécaniques de toutes les composantes/pièces d’une turbine éolienne et de l’équipement associé.
- Diagnostiquer les défaillances mécaniques et électriques; réparer et/ou remplacer les composantes/pièces défectueuses.
- Entretenir les outils, les installations et l’équipement du projet et maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire et propre.
- Travailler une semaine de 40 heures et être disponible pour des heures supplémentaires planifiées ou non planifiées. L’horaire de travail peut varier durant les périodes de pointe d’exploitation et/ou de maintenance.
Compétences requises
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
- Un an d’expérience technique (mécanique, électrique, etc.) et/ou formation technique pertinente.
- Capacité à travailler à l’extérieur dans des conditions météorologiques difficiles, à monter des échelles sans assistance et à travailler à des hauteurs de plus de 80 mètres et en espaces confinés.
- Capacité à déplacer et manipuler des charges pouvant atteindre 45 kg.
- Conformément aux exigences de sécurité, le poids ne peut excéder 120 kg, excluant l’équipement ou l’équipement de protection individuelle porté lors de l’exécution des tâches.
- Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite acceptable.
- Capacité à répondre aux exigences de mobilité du poste, incluant des déplacements à l’extérieur de la province.
Formation et/ou expérience souhaitées
- Certification valide de l’Organisation mondiale de l’éolien (GWO).
- Expérience au sein d’installations de production d’énergie.

Salaire concurrentiel

Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of technical (mechanical or electrical) experience and/or relevant technical training.
- Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather, climb ladders unaided, work at heights over 80 meters and in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift and handle loads up to 45 kg; body weight must not exceed 120 kg per safety rules (excluding PPE/equipment).
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Willingness and ability to meet mobility requirements, including travel outside the province.
- Available to work a 40-hour week and additional planned or unplanned overtime as needed.
- Valid Global Wind Organisation (GWO) certification.
- Experience at energy production facilities.
