We are hiring two Software Support Technicians to join our team based in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou (FR)
Are you passionate about solving technical problems and helping users get the most out of their software? As a Software Support Technician, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for our customers, delivering responsive, high-quality support that makes a real difference. You’ll work at the intersection of customer care and product excellence, collaborating closely with our development team to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and continuously enhance the user experience.
About the role
- Handle incoming support requests via phone and email (diagnosis, analysis, resolution, and follow-up on both simple and complex incidents).
- Configure the software based on customer requests: activate specific options, create custom forms using our dedicated interface, and set up new client environments.
- Write and update user documentation such as newsletters, user manuals, practical guides, and FAQs.
- Conduct testing on all new versions of the software before release.
- Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by users.
- Maintain and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users.
