Vos responsabilités

  • Gestion des documents (demandes) entrants;
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers et compléter les informations relatives aux mises à jour des dossiers dans les différents logiciels.
  • Analyser et vérifier les données et les dossiers des membres.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers et compléter les informations relatives aux mises à jour des dossiers dans les différents logiciels.
  • Valider et saisir les données dans les différents systèmes et bases de données.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches liées à cette fonction.

Qualifications de base

  • Souci du détail, organisation, professionnalisme et travail d’équipe;
  • Avoir une aptitude à travailler dans un environnement informatique et avoir une excellente connaissance des logiciels Word - Excel;
  • Démontrer de la minutie, de l’initiative, un esprit d’analyse et de l’organisation dans son travail;
  • Flexibilité, disponibilité et capacité à gérer efficacement les priorités.
  • Bonne capacité d'apprentissage et bon jugement professionnel.
  • Bon service à la clientèle et capacité d'expliquer les choses dans un langage non technique.
  • Bon sens de l'initiative et excellente capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word et Excel).
  • Bilingue et très bonnes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Expérience dans l'administration de régimes de retraite, un atout.

Your responsibilities

  • Management of incoming/outgoing documents (requests);
  • Ensure follow-up on files and complete information related to file updates in various software;
  • Analyze and verify member data and files.
  • Ensure file follow-up and complete information related to file updates in the various software programs.
  • Validate and enter data in various databases and systems.
  • Perform other tasks related with this function.
     

Core Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and teamwork;
  • Ability to work in a computer environment and excellent knowledge of Word and Excel software;
  • Demonstrate meticulousness, initiative, analytical thinking, and organization in your work;
  • Flexibility, availability, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Good learning skills and good professional judgment.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to explain things in non-technical language
  • Good sense of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word and Excel).
  • Bilingualism and very good communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in pension plan administration an asset.
