RESPONSABLE DE LA PAIE
Poste permanent – Saint-Elzéar
TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE
EN COLLABORATION AVEC LA CHEF DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND :
- Préparer et traiter l’ensemble du cycle de paie pour environ 300 employés, incluant les employés syndiqués (paie hebdomadaire) et non syndiqués (paie aux deux semaines);
- Assurer l’administration des avantages sociaux;
- Créer et maintenir à jour les dossiers des employés;
- Préparer divers rapports mensuels;
- Fournir un soutien administratif au recrutement (ouverture et affichage des postes, présélection téléphonique, etc.);
- Veiller à l’exactitude des informations dans le système intégré de gestion des ressources humaines (Workday);
- Collaborer à la préparation des communications de l’entreprise;
- Recueillir et compiler les données relatives à la formation;
- Participer à l’organisation des activités sociales de l’entreprise.

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?
- DEC en administration ou dans un domaine connexe; certification INP (un atout);
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en paie;
- Expérience avec Workday ou un autre système d’information RH;
- Maîtrise de l’anglais avancé pour les communications avec l’équipe corporative;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel;
- Esprit analytique, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément;
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à collaborer avec divers intervenants dans un environnement manufacturier.
Skills Required
- DEC in administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
- Experience with Workday or another human resources information system
- Advanced English proficiency for communication with the corporate team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills in a manufacturing environment
- INP certification
