Contexte/Environnement du poste :
Basé sur le site de Mirabel, Québec, Canada, le poste est rattaché au département des Technologies de l’Information (TI). La fonction du département TI est de fournir tous les services Informatiques aux fonctions des sites de Mirabel et antennes dépendantes représentant 750 utilisateurs
Vos responsabilités seront :
- Résolution de problème premier et deuxième niveau
- Préparation du matériel informatique (installation d’image Windows airbus atlantique )
- Créations des comptes réseaux
- Faire le suivi de la gestion de parc informatique
- Respecter les processus d’escalade et de gestion des problèmes
- Travailler avec nos clients internes pour consolider les processus existants et en développer des nouveaux
- Assurer le suivi des activités et tenir à jour les KPI
- Être garant des bonnes relations avec les autres filiales et le groupe airbus atlantique
- Respecter les normes de la Santé et Sécurité(extrêmement important)
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
Diplômé en informatique
Bonne capacité de communication, sens du service, rigoureux, autonome et volontaire
Connaissance de l'environnement aéronautique et des outils Stress et CAD sont un plus
