Autonomous quality controller responsible for inspecting and adjusting finished/semi-finished products, calibrated bases, tints and raw materials per procedures. De plus, il doit être capable de répondre aux saisonnalités de l’activité comme le travail de nuit et le travail en équipe postée à Moreuil.

Principales Responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du laboratoire contrôle qualité, vous intervenez en autonomie sur le contrôle et l’ajustement des produits dans le respect des procédures qualité.

1. Contrôle & production
  • Contrôler les produits finis, semi-finis, bases calibrées, teintes et matières premières

  • Réaliser les ajustements nécessaires selon les résultats et préconisations (SAP)

  • Détecter les dérives qualité et alerter la hiérarchie

  • Appliquer les méthodes et procédures de contrôle

  • Assurer la traçabilité des analyses

2. Qualité & amélioration continue
  • Être garant du respect des règles qualité

  • Participer à la démarche 5S (et audits si nécessaire)

  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer l’organisation et la performance du service

  • Assurer la communication avec les services supports (production, maintenance, méthodes…)

3. HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement)
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles HSE (EPI, sécurité, gestion des déchets…)

  • Veiller à la bonne utilisation des équipements et à la sécurité des installations

  • Remonter toute situation à risque ou non-conformité

Le poste s’inscrit dans un environnement industriel exigeant, avec un fonctionnement en équipes postées 3x8 et une adaptation aux rythmes de production.

Qualifications
  • Formation Bac + 2 /3 avec une bonne connaissance dans le domaine des contrôle, idéalement en chimie ou domaine scientifique

  • Profils débutants acceptés (formation assurée)

  • Une première expérience en environnement industriel ou chimique est un plus

Compétences techniques
  • Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (notamment Excel)

  • Connaissance ou appétence pour SAP

  • Capacité d’analyse et de traitement de données

Qualités personnelles
  • Autonomie et rigueur

  • Esprit critique et capacité à prendre des décisions

  • Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe

Skills Required

  • Formation Bac+2/3 in quality control, chemistry or scientific field
