At our company, we value international talent, diversity, flexibility, and a collaborative environment that fosters both professional growth and personal well-being.

🧠 What You’ll Do

This role is part of an ongoing, strategic project in the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector. The project is centered on storing medical data using AWS platforms. The Technical Writer will have constant interaction with the client, acting as a key bridge between business requirements and technical teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with data platform engineers, product owners, sub-chapter leads, and stakeholders to gather information and translate complex technical topics into user-friendly language tailored to different audiences (e.g., engineers, program leaders, managers).
  • Review and organize existing Data Platform documentation to improve clarity, usability, and accessibility, maintaining a structured repository in tools like Confluence.
  • Create version-controlled templates to standardize documentation and ensure it meets organizational quality standards.
  • Define and maintain workflows for requirement collection, prioritization, and approval, ensuring traceability from customer requirements to software specifications and test cases.
  • Document release management processes, including versioning, deployment pipelines, rollback strategies, and post-release monitoring procedures.
  • Develop post-production support documentation, such as Service Runbooks, Incident Response SLAs, FAQs, and On-Call checklists for Engineers.
  • Align technical documentation efforts with the company's modular Quality Management System (MQMS) to support regulatory compliance, maintaining traceability in systems like Enzyme, DiaDoc, or Aspire.
  • Leverage AI to automate the generation of technical and mQMS documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a data engineering, software engineering, or similar technical domain.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them through written materials
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in documenting technical processes related to requirements management, release workflows, and post-production support.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the documentation efforts they require.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown editors).
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of data engineering concepts, platforms, and tools (e.g., ETL processes, cloud platforms, and APIs) and Experience using AI to autogenerate documentation using Git, JFrog, Jira, Confluence, Slack, or XRAY.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written English; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
