Rate: $50/hr. (W2)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical writing and content management support for work planning policies, procedures, manuals, white papers, presentations, and other documentation.

  • Edit, format, and publish documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Develop spreadsheets to compile and analyze large data sets for evaluation and presentation.

  • Participate in meetings and interview subject matter experts to gather technical requirements and clarify documentation needs.

  • Coordinate documentation requests and evidence collection.

  • Support development of performance measurement methods across operating districts.

  • Coordinate with electric operating districts to ensure Operations, Maintenance, Administrative General (OMAG), and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) work for distribution and transmission projects is efficiently scheduled and completed.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

  • Document and analyze changes to electric operations business processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.

  • Ensure compliance requirements are understood and followed while performing assigned duties.

Requirements:
  • Experience in technical writing, documentation development, or related analytical roles.

  • Strong ability to translate business and technical processes into clear written documentation.

  • Experience compiling, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
