Technical Writer

Summary

Amadeus is constantly on the lookout for Technical Writers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and user-focused documentation and training materials that help customers and internal teams understand and effectively use Amadeus travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, online help, knowledge articles, videos and release notes;

• Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions and explanations tailored to the needs of different audiences;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance;

• Participate in the creation of short video scripts, storyboards, and functional demonstrations to support new product features or internal knowledge sharing;

• Manage multiple deliverables, ensuring documentation is delivered on time, aligned with release cycles, and adheres to defined templates and style guidelines;

• Contribute creative ideas to improve documentation quality, structure, and delivery processes.

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in clear, concise and customer-friendly language;

• A quick learner with strong analytical thinking and curiosity about technology, products and user experience;

• Skilled at organizing information logically and presenting it in a way that supports different user needs and learning preferences;

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent product updates and evolving priorities;

• Collaborative and detail-oriented;
