We’re looking for a Technical Writer. You will strengthen the tech docs team, part of the Product and Infrastructure department, and help create and scale high-quality customer-facing documentation, as well as ensure the best UX by creating consistent and compelling UI texts.
- Author and maintain customer-facing documentation: conceptual explanations, tutorials and step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references.
- Review and revise content authored by other technical writers to ensure quality and completeness.
- Write and maintain UI texts that elevate and streamline user experience, are consistent and aligned with the documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, solution architects and support engineers to produce insights into user journeys and improve the documentation and UI texts accordingly.
- Establish best practices on writing style, workflows, docs infrastructure and automations
- 2+ years of experience in UX writing
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing
- Excellent skills in written and spoken English
- Experience with docs-as-code approach
- Familiarity with concepts in cloud computing (virtual machines and containers, Kubernetes, storage…) and ML/AI (training, inference, fine-tuning…)
