We’re looking for our Technical Writer in our Peterborough's team.

JOB PURPOSE:

Create and maintain user manuals, technical guides, and digital content to support our products and systems. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure accuracy and clarity, and find new ways to communicate technical information.

THE JOB (key responsabilities):

• Write, edit, and update documentation for external users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical accuracy.
• Develop visual aids like detailed plans and videos.
• Follow style guides to ensure consistency.
• Research product features and technology updates.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree or experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Mechanical Design experience.
• Strong writing skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
• Knowledge of tools like FrameMaker or InDesign is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and a team player.
• Motivated with an eye for innovation and continuous learning.
