How you'll make an impact:
- Develop clear, concise, and accurate user-centric documentation for our wide range of AiDASH products and features.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand feature requirements and translate them into documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update documentation to reflect product changes, customer feedback, and support insights.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with AiDASH Writing Style Guide and content standards.
- Contribute to content strategy for user onboarding and product adoption through online help, tooltips, walkthroughs, and in-app guidance.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to provide microcopy for AiDASH products.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, mass communication, computer science, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical writing for software or SaaS-based products.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with authoring tools such as MadCap Flare (preferred), Adobe RoboHelp, or similar.
- Basic experience with image editing tools (e.g., Snagit, Photoshop).
- Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly documentation.
Good to Have :
- Experience working with SaaS products or platforms involving AI/ML or Big Data.
- Hands-on experience with creating tutorial videos or using video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (e.g., Pendo, WalkMe, Intercom) for creating interactive in-app guidance.
- Experience with AI-powered tools for creating or managing content, and familiarity with dynamic documentation strategies.
- Experience building/maintaining knowledge bases for internal audience (Confluence).
- Exposure to Bitbucket, Git, HTML/CSS, etc..
