How you'll shape the future of B2B sales as our first Technical Writer

  • Create clear and user-friendly documentation to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Product Managers, R&D, and Customer Success teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects product functionality and design.
  • Full ownership of the external and internal knowledge base, including tracking performance and suggesting enhancements.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and content gaps, manage documentation releases in alignment with product development, and ensure content is tailored for practical user application.
  • Lead content-related projects within the Customer Success department.
  • Utilize Jira and other tools to track features, identify requirements, and create supporting content for releases.


Requirements
Here's what we need from you

  • 2-5 years of Technical Writing experience in a SAAS company - Must
  • English Native speaking - Must
  • Outstanding writing skills with the ability to organize technical content efficiently while writing clearly & simply.
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines, ensuring timely content release while paying high attention to details
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable, and inquisitive attitude.
  • CRM & API understanding - Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot, etc
  • Familiarity with Jira, PRDs, Monday - advantage
