Laboratory Automation Solutions, our clinical diagnostic division, specializes in the manufacture of small, innovative benchtop automation for optimizing pre- and post-analytical workflows in pathology laboratories, and has installations worldwide. 

We are searching for a Technical Writer to join our team as we accelerate our growth journey. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is servicing the medical industry in providing laboratory automation products that make a difference in the world.

What you’ll do:

• Create and update documents in accordance with current designs, manufacturing and support processes,

• Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Manufacturing teams to produce documents to a high technical standard,

• Ensure that documentation is compliant with company styling guide.

What you’ll bring:

• 5 years + proven experience in a relatable field producing methodical knowledge instruction documents,

• Degree in engineering or related discipline,

• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and specifications,

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (written and oral) using business and user-friendly language with a commercial mindset,

• Proficiency in Madcap Flare and Central software, GitHub and MS Office applications,

• Attention to detail and accuracy with a strong collaborative personality to work with all stakeholders

• Self-motivated, results-driven and well organized and able to handle multiple tasks with a clear sense of ownership and priority.

• Strong command of the English language with other language proficiency in both written and verbal being an advantage,

• Prior experience with ISO13485 quality standard will be an advantage,
